Community and stakeholder engagement

True North works with Core Lithium to produce regular community updates that keep local communities and stakeholders informed about the Finniss Lithium project on the Cox Peninsula.

We work with Core to identify stories of interest and relevant information the community will want to know about. We interview Core staff and people featured in the stories so that we can write content that takes people behind the scenes.

In the May edition, we interviewed the Kenbi Rangers about their work with Core relocating cycads, a species listed as vulnerable, and one of the oldest plant groups on earth.

It was a pleasure to talk with Tumbling Waters Holiday Park owners and managers Jenny and Darren Campbell, as they talked about being busy and booked out during the off-peak wet season due to the Finniss Lithium project using the park as an administrative centre.

Sam, the Travelling Jackeroo, an inspirational young man raising funds for three charities, took the time to talk with us about his travels and the charities he is supporting.

We take photos and source supporting images for the update, write all content and coordinate approvals. We then work with local designers, Studio B Designs, to provide a brief, content and images so they can design and produce the final product.

We distribute the update via email to local contacts and stakeholders and Core Lithium provides printed updates for local community noticeboards.

Read the latest news from Core Lithium in the May community update.
