She has provided engagement and communication advice to the Australian and Northern Territory governments, regional councils and Aboriginal enterprises including engagement frameworks, communication and policy development. Jane has a PhD on the social and cultural impacts of northern development, written academic articles on social impact assessment and community engagement, and led many social impact assessments in the Northern Territory over the past 10 years.</image:caption>
